[R-390] Old guy needs help identifying some things....

IIRC the synthesizer was built by Manson Labs.
Also I think this version of the R390A was used in the Apollo program.
The receiver is probably a R-1247/GRC-129.
The synthesizer is probably a O-1203/GRC-129.
