[R-390] 390A IF cans/ caps

Hi Russ,  I'm sure the coil is ok.  No signs of overheating and it measures
5.25 ohms, the same as the other 3 in the IF deck.  And, two additional 2
hour warm up tests this am show very good stability.

And, no, I don't think a 220 pf will work.  Just a little too far off.

I should receive my cap order in 3 days.
