If you contemplate two caps in parallel, 
What larger value cap in SERIES with 220 pF will yield 200 pF?

What range of capacitance will the (presumably) variable inductance resonate properly?

(Without checking the schematic, I assume these caps are in parallel with the coil and so have no DC impressed upon them.)
