I like that plan. What about data segments? There are about 1000 different convoluted sections for RTTY VS PACKRT IN ALL ITS VARIATIONS. The diff from PSK31 to MSK and why still ask cw codes questions? Meaning of the C after a RST report and so on. There is much to be cleaned out!
And how n gods name can a cry young person get an extra license when I look at the study guides I have not even heard of those of those
