The points in your tag lines are well taken. We need to restore
incentive licensing. My suggestion: Tech -- 25 watts max 10 m and up;
Gen -- 100 watts max part of 80, 40, 20, 15 (about half of each band)
and all of 10 m and up; Adv -- 250 watts max same bands as Gen; Ext --
full legal limit all bands. For those who still maintain a Novice ticket
60 watts max c.w. only on the traditional 4 novice band segments. What say?
