[R-390] Gettering old tubes

Well we could store the tubes in a vacuum.

Back when I was young and strong they used oil diffusion pumps to pull a 
hard vacuum but now they use something else.  Keep on the lookout for a 
scrapped 60 year old electron microscope and a suitable large, strong, and 
sealable container.  Hook the vacuum pump and the diffusion pump out of the 
electron microscope to your big steel bottle, stash it beside the chest 
freezer in the basement, fill it full of tubes, and pump out the air.

I will get a man right on that task.
