[R-390] Gettering old tubes

We still use oil diffusion pumps on implant machines.....however turbo 
pumps are nicer and no mess when someone goofs on manual pump 
downs......I keep a roughing pump for when i need a reasonable "soft" 
vacuum like pull "air" from potting compounds........
