[R-390] Compressor stall (nee Cosmos Dis-assembly)

Cecil,

I remember about 1971, a C-124 (Yes! One of those antique monsters!) out 
of "Greater Pittsburgh Airport", came over my quarters, commenced to land.

It may never be known IF he kept it inside the fence.  He, (they), had 
left the trailing antenna deployed.

Took the damn fence with them down the runway!
