[R-390] Compressor stall (nee Cosmos Dis-assembly)

I always heard that if you get all the major pieces in side the fence it was 
a good landing...

Wondered at times if I was going to be able to pull that off.

As for desicant inside of PTO's I always remove the stuff.  Don't plan on 
taking mine into the jungle anytime soon.
