The TAJ has no modulation capabilities, as it is a CW/MCW transmitter  
only. The MCW modulation is provided by the AF oscillator modulating  
the screen.
Marine/Navy LF transmitters were not provided with voice modulation.
The power is supplied by a motor-generator, with the primary motor  
voltage of 110 VDC or AC depending on the ship's power plant, and the  
generator output is the high voltage DC for the transmitter. The M-G  
is a separate unit.
