Dick,

I know of NO line filters being "available".  C103 is either right next 
to the line filter OR is the line filter.

You either HAVE to bypass it OR re-build it.

Unfortunately this IS a reality of life.  The OTHER possible issue is 
that 1) the power micro-switch is STUCK closed.  2) IF 1 is true - then 
the two CAP cans on the Audio Deck could ALSO be bad.

Check the circuit board under the Audio Module.  Sometimes an audio tube 
goes bad AND takes out one of the larger carbon composition resistors.

My "best" guesses.
