[R-390] R-390A Restoration Progress (or lack of)

I got to the point of putting AC to it. That's after replacing
the "IF Killer" cap and the "Audio Leaking" cap. Tested all the
tubes in a TV-7, replaced 3 of them. Cleaned off the 1" of crud
from 10 years storage in the barn.

So, now lets apply power or not !! As soon as I plug it in the
breaker on the strip pops. (yes, the radio is in the off position
when I do this). I assume it must be the Line Filter so tomorrow
I shall bypass it and see what happens.

There is also C103. Not sure where in the circuit it lies.

Are replacement Line Filters available ? And no, I am not in the
mood to rebuild it !!
