Yep.  You feed in a bunch of common-mode signal and adjust the 
antenna balance trimmer for minimum received signal.

Unfortunately, from the photos it appears that the two pins are 
attached to a common ring immediately inside the insulator.  Once you 
separate them from the ring, it is not clear how you'd hold the pins 
where they need to be.
