[R-390] Sweat Shops - OT

Buzz,

    I must take issue with the "dry heat" adage.

    Ive been in the driest heat that I know of - Saudi Arabia.  Man when 
it is 135 to 145, dry or NOT it IS hot and unlivable.

    Here in VA, when it is 84 and humidity makes it feel like 92, it 
STILL is miserable.
