[R-390] Hosstraders hamfest/gear clamps?

Well, if you are writing these important requests down and stuffing it 
in your wallet, here is a big one for me:

The large tuning/bandspread knob for a lowly S-38B. That is all I need 
to have mine in top condition and they are impossible to find.
