[R-390] I.F. SubChassis carbon resistors.

I use the modern "film" resistors in RF circuits of various receivers all
the time and have never had a problem.  However, for "most of the resistors
in the R-390a you will want to use the 1/2 Watt resistors.  In high
impedance circuits the film resistors should actually be "quieter" though
there are various opinions on that.
