[R-390] Re: UPS is Garbage

Barry ,I have had several conversations with Rick Mish and found him to be
very honest,competent and trustworthy. While I have had no direct business
transactions with him .I know several people that have. Never heard a
discouraging word . My only issue is he needs to paticipate on this list.
