Olive oil would probably be lower in cholesterol, no?  Both will be
"naturally low" in PCB's.

What if some we add some vinegar?  Would that help preserve the caps?  Naw,
acid would attack the aluminum.

What happens if the seal fails on the soy oil cap?  Is there danger of, uh,
botulism?  Better dump that stuff out and put the PCB oil back in.  At least
that stuff kills you slowly.
