Yikes!! I worked my way through college in the restaurant industry and my
recollection of soybean oil is low taste & odor, higher temperature before
burning than corn oils , but lower burning temperature than olive oil's. I
can see this add now- " CAPACTITORS: Polypropylene in the finest
extra-virgin olive oil  provided from only  selected private Estates in
Southern Italy to insure the highest quality." ( Sorry just my 2 cents,
