OK thats a different story.
I prefer de-oxit. They are afterall gold pins to perhaps just cleaning the
contacts will help.
But I have to say that the thing grounds by a lot of different ways. Since
the motor is not turning it gets guidance from the front panel switches.
There is also a relay that takes the front panel control and controls the
motor. In the de-energized position it shorts the motor out making it very
hard to turn by hand. Lift 1 wire on the motor and you will see much easier
to turn.
