[R-1051] R-1051 Mounting brackets

OK, the only thing I am concerned about with using angle iron is that the
bracket is 12 inches long and I am sure it was made that way originally to
support the weight of the radio.  If I had a four post rack, I would rig
something up to support the weight of the radio in the rear but I cannot do
that with my server cabinet / rack.
