Christian,
First, has the log for your HB0/ operation been put out on the
internet? There are many SWLs who now scour the web looking
for logs, pulling data from them and sending bogus reports.
Then there is the possibility that the long path was open to
VE7 at that time. Depending on the time of year, that is a
possibility, but 1529Z would be toward the end of the window,
even for the dead of winter.
If it doesn't feel right it probably isn't.
