[QSL-Managers] Advice needed: SWL card with weird QSO data

Hello,

I need an advice regarding a SWL card. I recently received a SWL card from 
VE7/DE3HRF  stating that he copied HB0/DL6KAC at 1529z on 7 Mhz. The three 
stations mentioned on the card are in the log book.

But usually the band is *not* open at 1529z from HB0 to VE7. At least not 
with S9+10 ....

What should I do in this matter? Just answer the card and forget about it? 
Or should I refuse to answer this card?

Another thing that is weird that I received a card from DE3HRF/MM  for 
HB0/DL6KAC stating that he copied me 1630z (same day) on 40m .... I
