John,
I can sympathize with you on that one.
I get lots of qsl cards in the mail for the USS KIDD DD 661 that are just
post cards. and the Museum isnt footing the bill at all. so we have basicly
the same rule as you do.
unless its a vet, or something special we just send them a post card.
