[QSL-Managers] SASE or SASE not...

How about the NON DX stations with a QSL Mgr? Like the radio club on a
historic ship. With a very clear message on the QRZ.COM "want QSL, send
SASE" but about 10% still send a postcard or put their card in an envelope
with no SASE. The ship is run by a non profit foundation that barely makes
enough to cover the costs. I not only QSL Mgr but designed and printed the
color photo cards (since I served in the same type Ship), but I not inclined
to also pay their postage.
With the EXCEPTION of low income DX and "My daddy took me to see...when I
was 6 etc" or "I served in the USS xx back in". etc types. I'll pay their
costs.
