[QSL-Managers] SASE or SASE not...

FOR STATESIDE:

I rarely get anything more than a SASE.  Occasionally someone will toss in a buck, sometimes (not often, a $5).

I also get lots of cards with NO SASE, and an occassional postcard qsl.

All go back direct.

I rarely put in more than an SASE for stateside managers unless it is for a dxpedition, then I make a contribution depending on the type of transportation needed to reach the destination.
