[QCWA Hotlist] E-mail addresses

Ken,

Speaking only for the situation for Chapter 123, what you see for our chapter is EXACTLY the reason I was so adamant about doing something for those members without e-mail.  In the case of at least one or two members, we KNOW that the situation will not change.  I suspect that will continue to be true for other members in other chapters.

One last time: The unilateral decision to distribute ONLY via e-mail has effectively disenfranchised members without the capability, for whatever reason, from participating in the benefits of QCWA membership.  I once again urge that either paper mailings of the "Journal" go out to these folks or they be issued partial refunds.  Sorry, but I had few doubts that when the Board's decision was announced, there would be unintended consequences.  Well, those consequences have arrived and I certainly hope that these members will not be ignored.

I also know that at least one of those members of CH 123 whose membership has expired made it very clear that he has no intentions of renewing unless paper distribution of the "Journal" resumes.
