Thanks to a suggestion from Duke Knief,  W4DK, Secretary of Chapter 76; I have added a list of each chapter's delinquent members for the past 5 years.  They are just below the list of your active members in the Chapter Officer's Section of the Members Only web page.

interesting idea, set it up so they can't log in but the chapter officers can view their status for 30 or 60 days.

    There has never been any kind of grace period, even when we didn't have all the on-line stuff going on.  If a membership expired after the cut off date for submitting the address list for mailing the Journal, someone might receive one after their dues expired.

    The members currently receive an email or a post card, two months before their dues expire, the month before their dues expire, the month their dues expire and a final delinquent notice the month after their dues expire (if they haven't renewed).  These notices are sent to US, Canada and DX members. DX members never use to receive any kind of notice at all.

    They all have ample time to renew and maintain access.

    If you feel strongly about a grace period, you might want to send an email to Pres Oelke who I've CCed on this.

      Does the "members only" database drop members when their dues aren't paid?
      W9IXX was due in April. I was about to jar his memory, but he's disappeared from
      the data base. Seems a bit abrupt if we're trying to retain people.
