Hi Ed, et all...,

I didn't change the format or agenda, YOU DID!

This years activities at Dayton are happening as a direct result of action 
taken by the 2006 - 2008 Board of Directors.

The schedule of events are very much controlled by outside forces as QCWA 
National does not have direct input to any of the happenings at Dayton.

The time for the Board Meeting on Thursday was influenced by our board 
members that already had flights reserved.

The Chapter 9 Banquet at Dayton has been on Friday evening for a very long. 
They always have an interesting speaker.  The Banquet at Virginia Beach did 
not have assigned board seating.

The Sunday morning meeting time is what was available, the Friday and 
Saturday forums are assigned to groups and clubs that have had those slots 
for years.

As for what to do on Thursday, Friday and Saturday;
I'll be on day two of my trip driving in from Minnesota on Thursday and 
working in the QCWA booth Friday and Saturday.

If you haven't been to Dayton, I assure you, you will not be able to take it 
all in on Friday and Saturday.
