Hi Bob,

As you are aware from my previous comments I find your planned schedule for 
our Dayton meeting totally inappropriate!  For as long as I've been on the 
QCWA Board, we've always held our Board meeting during the day on Thursday 
at 9AM, not at 6:30PM.

We held our annual general membership meeting on a Saturday morning at 9AM, 
and the banquet at Saturday evening at 6PM.

I don't know why you're changing this format known by all QCWA members?  A 
Sunday morning general membership meeting will have minimal participation 
since most of our members are heading home at that time.  We usually have a 
farewell breakfast on Sunday morning before we all head home.

Besides the Dayton Hamvention, what is planned for Thursday, Friday and 
Saturday?  Trips to the Air Force Museum would be one we all could enjoy.

Yes, I'm criticizing your agenda, but I still think you're doing a great job 
as our President.  You have a great burden to keep us organized, and God 
speed on your endeavors to keep it that way!
