Apology in order. I said Jeff and meant Jim!!! I had one question.
What is the Mil-Std or Spec that disallows the use of Q or Z codes on voice
within our or NATO military! It isn't in any of the material I can find.

Even today the ACP-131 guide is the authority for use of Q and Z signals.
