That should be painfully obvious, but you're right, it needs to be said before
people think we want just "any Joe ham" to gain control over the chapters.

Well said, and it shows also a bit of a sense of humor about ourselves. 
Something else that seems to be lacking in a lot of places these days.

Something I just noticed this afternoon, I qualify for the Old Old Timers
Club. Where does the time go? Guess I really am qualified to sit on my
front porch and yell at kids to get off my lawn. ;-)
