Agreed Jeff.
I also think that allowing others besides QCWA members to attend chapter
meetings is a good idea. The only stipulation I would have is that they not be
allowed to nominate, vote, etc., WRT chapter business and especially elections.
However, their attendance and welcome may go a long way to encourage their
future membership.
I also believe that we have a huge qualified ham population out there from which
we can draw QCWA members. How do we attract more of them? And, more
importantly, how do we KEEP them once they've joined?
That has been the point of this discussion and many positive ideas and comments
have been received. Yours among them. Thanks very much Jeff.
