I have join in the QCWA Chapter 63 for the last four yrs, but am not a
member
because I do not have the yrs. as a ham to qualify for membership. I beleive
that if you were to start up a associate member until eligible to become a
full
member you would have a lot more perticipent and I know I would be willing
to pay dues like a regular member.
