[QCWA] QCWA Journal in PDF for international members

Hello everybody!

As one of those 442 international QCWA members, I'd appreciate very much 
to receive the QCWA Journal by email or download it in PDF. Over here in 
Germany - with 123 members the second largest international QCWA chapter 
- we have our own newsletter in German, but from the developement of the 
QCWA in all, we receive no information.

May be the chapter administration receives a copy of QCWA journal, but 
it is probably out of their possibility to do a translation or to 
redistribute copies on their own.

I think such a PDF copy for us abroad may help to stay in closer contact 
to the mother of the QCWA. It won't bring new members at once, but it 
may help to keep existing members in touch with the QCWA.
