Hi Frank,
> Germany - with 123 members the second largest international QCWA chapter
Chapter 106 in Germany is the largest DX Chapter, the 242 Canadian members
are spread across 3 active chapters and probably still include members from
the three inactive chapters as well.
Chapter 4 - Northwest - BC ID OR and WA - inactive
Chapter 70 - National Capital Area of Canada - Ottawa, ON
Chapter 73 - Fred Hammond - Toronto, ON
Chapter 98 - Dogwood - Vancouver, BC - inactive
Chapter 139 - Laurentian - Montreal, QC - inactive
Chapter 151 - Wild Rose - Calgary, AB

No maybe about it, the Chapter 106 secretary receives a copy of the Journal
so they can extract the articles of interest to their members and to publish
it in any language the chapter wishes to use. If that's not being done,
maybe your secretary or newsletter editor or webmaster needs some help.
All chapter presidents and secretaries that provide an email id on the
Annual Chapter Report are subscribed to the closed QCWA Hotlist Reflector
that was setup to be used to exchange ideas between chapters, when meetings
are, what programs have been presented or anything else that is pertinent to
running a QCWA chapter. The QCWA Board of Directors is subscribed as well
as the members of the Chapter Relations Committee. I used it to distribute
information on the QCWA Forum that's happening at the Dayton Hamvention this
year.
This reflector was established to help members keep in touch. There are
only 299 subscribed out of all our members and it's obvious not all of the
440+ DX members are subscribed either.
As you can see, QCWA has multiple ways established to keep in touch with
members. All the members have to do is use them.
73,
Bob Roske, N0UF
President, QCWA

Reflector Administrator, QCWA
Hotlist Reflector Administrator, QCWA
Secretary, QCWA Upper Midwest Chapter 8
