Why must we have a 60 page Journal?  Take a look at some of the space 
grabbers which could easily be shown on the QCWA website.

You cant make everyone happy Bob.......its not your responsibility to worry 
about service providers in rural areas which have such limitations.  Some 
rural areas have only dial up service and may never see DSL.
