>From the small number of messages I'd say it is NOT an important discussion 
to many members.  It would make ZERO SENSE to reduce the longevity 
requirement below 25 years for a "Quarter Century" organization.  Just 
invite more younger guys to meetings and events.  Make them want to be a 
member.  The MAGAZINE is the biggest draw for many members.
