Between the 40 or so messages posted on the reflector (still available for
your reading pleasure at http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/qcwa/) and the
ones sent directly to me, the consensus seams to be;
keep the 25 year requirement 15
reduce or remove the 25 year requirement 3

Changes to to the construction require approval by 2/3rds of the members
voting on the issue. This board will not waste time on a what appears to be
an issue with little support.

There are other suggestions buried in the depths of this discussion. Most
of them only require YOU to act, yes YOU! A Board Resolution will not
compel anyone to set up a booth at the local hamfest, recruit new members,
run for local or national office, arrange a program for the chapter meeting
, find a new meeting place or do any of the other things it takes individual
members to step up and do for QCWA to grow. Not everyone can do or wants to
do all these things, find one you enjoy doing and have fun doing It. To
those that are already there; THANK YOU!

It isn't written anywhere that the Hams we Elmer for must be members of
QCWA.

Thanks for all the comments, especially the ones I disagree with.

73,
Bob Roske, NØUF
QCWA President Elect
