The 25 year stipulation needs to stay in place..and will
never go away...
But the dialog herein has been a good spark to add a little
fire, or "life" into being...
Having said that, there is always room for yet another club
if someone wants to start it up...
With EVERY SINGLE change or addition mentioned in this email
subject....
But QCWA is defined as QUARTER CENTURY...THAT is what we
are...that is what makes us different...
What we do within..... with those members who qualify is
100% within our control....
Again I will say...there is a METRIC BUTT TON of hams that
qualify for QCWA....
How will the new regime target them???
