Hi Larry and Bob,

You will notice according to  the Organizational Structure chart how large 
this CR committee is. Only the Committee Members have a vote the way this 
was set up which you probably don't know, Larry, because you became a 
member after Blanche Randles resigned as Director. Gaylen and Jim are in 
positions where they wanted limited participation in the daily committee 
business. Gaylen gave us the top hamfest list where we should have QCWA 
representation if possible. Jim, Convention Chair 2007, was included 
initially but said to not include him in the emails anymore. Vic is on the 
list because of being the 2008 Convention Chair. He sends a update 
quarterly and I receive his weekly chapter newsletter.

I agree with the time frames you are indicating and the vote count will be 
the usual method. The Chapter 10 problem email discussion at this point in 
time has been limited to Chuck, Ken, you two and myself. We need the full 
committee involvement before we move ahead which is appropriate if we are 
should be sending a letter from the CR Committee to Chapter 10 and Walt 
Maxwell.
