Go do a bit of "Googleing" as I just did.  The organization issung that
statement -- Personal Radio Association -- has -- by its own admission -- a
total of 85 members.  Nobody seems to have ever heard of it. 

By comparison, SOS Network is up to about 11,000.  

Ask yourself why 85 out of 77000 GMRS operators are opposed and the rest --
well -- are silent.  I do not put mucg stick in the PRA position pper because
they represent -- really -- nobody.
