[QCWA] All Glitter, No Substance NationalSOS.com Plan is Dangerous

I am not at all concerned about counting members as I don't let the
quantity of people behind something form my opinion for me. I let their
views, and the basis for them, help me form my opinion. The PRA's views
seem very straight-forward. They make a lot of sense. I agree that the
NationalSOS plan seems to be very poorly planned.
I am also baseing my views on the fact that I have seen the PRA's press
release on several state and national sites for various emergency
response organizations (So someone has heard of it). Where I have seen
this I have also noticed the comments regarding the release have always
been favorable to the PRA's position. I have also seen, on some of
these same sites, comments opposed to the NationalSOS plan, which will
ultimately give us tens of thousands, or more, untrained and probably
more than not unlicensed GMRS "radio operators" all on their radios
causing mass confusion. As to why 85 out of 77000 are opposed and the
rest are silent, I'll bet that most have never heard of either
organization and therefore have no opinion.
