I am well aware of the entire situation....I have been at the Miami Hamfest 
and seen Colombian and other drug dealers buying amateur radio gear with 
huge rolls of money.  These people could care less about FCC type accepted 
equipment.
Not a case of "besmirching" at all;  I just wanted to give credit to the 
boat owners group who have done such a good job.
