[Qcwa] QCWA Journal on the Web

Costs on everything have risen so much, Bob, so I fully understand. I'm
anxiously awaiting my first one.

I looked you up on qrz.com. We were licensed about the same time. I hold
an Advanced. Have just never tried for Extra except once and failed
miserably. If the ARRL petition goes through it looks like I could be
grandfathered into Extra. I'm not too proud to accept it. I had the
privileges once and then they were taken away with restructuring, so I feel
I've earned it. And I can copy code at 20-25 plus.

Thanks for the explaination on the journal, Bob.

73,

Dick
