[Qcwa] QCWA Journal on the Web

Hi Dick,

Postage on magazines has gone through the roof.
The journal is mailed 3rd class to US members.
It would cost $1.52 to mail them 1st class. A little
less for pre sorted 1st, but not much.

DX members, including Canada, need to subscribe
separately to the journal in addition to their membership fee.

The secretary of each active DX Chapter receives a copy.
I've heard Chapter 106 in Germany, translates it
and distributes the translation.
I don't know what the others do.
