Joe......during my time at WAR we only had a few Master Sgts.....all the
trick chiefs were Master Sgts with many years of service otherwise the rest
of the operators were all PFC's.
 They were not very generous to the guys that enlisted there in spite of
their qualifications.
In addition they took some of the very best ops and shipped them out to
remote places to fill billets in the field.
Most never saw the inside of a big radio station again.
