Norm,  that is sad to hear!   I thot WAR would be the place to be
(other than that bomb group at Lawson Field (in Ft Benning).
All top 3 graders and no airplanes to fly  da da didi da da!
Well I remember when was on the boat as ro we had skeds with
you guys about 3 or 4 times a day.  Cant remember the freq
but was in the 8mhz area and if I recall right our call sign
on the boat was WUVJ.   That was in 1940 and first half of
1941 prior to pearl harbor.
