[Qcwa] Radio man to non radio man

Well Norm, I almost got it right. I think Bob Nouf or someonw there
was at WAR and he told me he went into WAR as Master Sgt.
Maybe I got it wrong.  I do know that at Lawson Field
(inside Ft Benning) they formed the first B17 Bomb Group of the
Army Air Corps.   I visited them once while at WUO, and man
they had a T/O with almost everyone aboard was top 3 graders.
I thot to myself geez I could have been in here if I's known.
They had no aircraft yet to man however when I visited.
