Norm,
Have to differ with you on that one.   CW was banned from all
MARS freqcys and not allowed since that last code speed test
which WAR sent out.  I am State MARS coordinator for Hawaii
and can quote the actual wording in OP-ORD-02 which was the
most recent updates to all MARS users.  Speed of course
was probably their reason so by banning cw they figured
the CW guys would have to go the MARS route or leave MARS.
